Arion Castillo

Arion Castillo is the Online Business Manager at her company Another Me, LLC. She completed her graduate training at Capella University and holds a master’s degree in Industrial Organization Psychology. She completed her undergraduate training at Lindenwood with a bachelor’s in Healthcare Management.

Her work as a HR and Online Business Manager allows her to exercise her organizational psychology skills to improve the efficiency and workflows within businesses. She has always been passionate about process improvement, and Arion believes that improving organizations at the administrative and HR level is the foundation needed to have a thriving business. 

Arion is very active in her community, supporting and networking with individuals and businesses that help educate and encourage small business owners and the underserved population. She is also on the board of Directors at Urban Harvest STL, a non-profit with a mission to grow food, share it, and educate the community about gardening and the community advisory board for Collective Souls Inc, a youth mentoring enrichment program.

When Arion is not working, you can find her playing in the dirt (literally). With the maiden name of “Gardener” it only makes sense that Ari lives her life by the rules of nature. Arion’s hobbies include all things outdoors (exploring local nurseries, gardening, family hikes, and celebrating seasonal/moon cycles).
