Our fully licensed therapists are able to accept a variety of insurance plans. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage details specific to mental health services.
For clients whose insurance plans we accept, we will handle the billing process directly with your insurance company.
Services provided by our Counselors in Training and Interns are offered at a lower rate. While not yet fully licensed, these professionals work under the supervision of our experienced clinical supervisors to provide high-quality care.
For clients with out-of-network insurance benefits, these services may be covered. We advise you to check with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network coverage for mental health services.
For services not covered by insurance, we accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

Before your counseling sessions begin, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected charges for mental health services provided by our team. This estimate will be based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if your treatment needs evolve over time.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. We are here to support you and answer any questions you may have about your estimate or billing process.
