Sydney has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University. She has worked professionally in social services with at-risk, highly vulnerable populations in the metro area within the homeless community, criminal justice system, and those suffering from substance use disorders and mental health disorders.  

Her areas of support (and experience) range from anxiety and depression to eating disorders and complex childhood trauma. She has great interest in developing men-focused counseling and sex counseling in the St. Louis area.

She was born and raised in the greater metro St. Louis area and her private interests include outdoor activities, reading a good book or finding a new coffee/food spot.
